    ECAS Life: Why you should stop caring of what other people think of you?



    Why should you stop caring what other people think of you? Some of us seem to have thick skin, but the verdict is still out about whether these people are quite literally unaffected by the disapproval or whether they are just more adept at suppression. Some of us, on the other hand, have very thin skin. Every disapproving thought or word directed at us by others penetrates us straight to our core. We are more affected by it or we may feel destroyed by it.

    One should love to be unaffected by other people's thought or word or action, but let's face it. Thereby, affecting us very badly. Love is survival for the physical human, especially when we are dependent on others like we are when we are children. One should always acknowledge the truth of his/her own internal experience. We should drop the idea whether that internal experience is right or wrong, cause validation has nothing to do with whether it's right or whether it's wrong. Thereby, making you stop caring what other people think of you.

    In order to overcome the false thinking, one should try to address his/her thoughts and the emotions to acknowledge the truth of his/her own internal experience

    The reason we worry about people's opinion is due to guilt or shame and sometimes this is actually healthy because we can create a space to count self-correct. However, when these boundaries are pushed and we overthink about what the world thinks we solely kill our freedom and live the life not that we want to live but one that we think is a good way to live our lives by everybody else's opinions. Why should you stop caring what other people think of you?

    People only care about themselves: People only care about themselves out of sight and out of mind, that's how most of the people work. Most the time people think of what is good for them, what is stressing them and they don't spend their most of the time about the problems of your perception.

    Take charge of your own life: People are central to their world and they feel on the first person basis( I want, My dreams are..). So stop having the sleepless nights of how they think of you and take charge of your own life. Thereby, making you stop caring what other people think of you.

    You can't please everyone: We live in that reality where we can't please everyone. Everyone cannot like you and that directly means that everyone will have different opinions about you and how you live your life or how you deal with some personal problems in the life. When you decide to make peace with this fact, you will be able to adjust and will stop caring what other people think of you.

    Fix the hole in your heart: The best way to deal with this to understand the cause not from the person you don't believe, but from the person who stood with you from a long time in your life or the close ones. This is to start by dealing with gratitude, no matter where your life has been right now at this moment. You have to grow to the mindset to accept it. Thus, making you stop caring what other people think of you.

    Find a positive circle: There is a circle of friends who put a lot of negative pressure on how to live your life. and it unconsciously affects your life. You start living life knowing that your friends think contrary to you. This might drain you and it is best to step out of that circle and rock life with people who feed our mind with positive energy.

    Thereby, making you stop caring what other people think of you.
