    The interim decision of the Supreme Court has dealt a major blow to the central government. In its judgment, the Supreme Court stayed the implementation of all the three agricultural laws and constituted a committee of four members. The bench, headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde, ruled.

    1. Attorney General KK Venugopal said that the government welcomes the formation of the committee. The Indian Farmers Association has also supported the formation of a committee.
    2. The Supreme Court has issued a notice on the application of the Delhi Police, which sought to stop the farmers' tractor rally on Republic Day.
    3. Public Prosecutor KK Venugopal said that some banned organizations were also involved in the demonstration, the court said whether the Attorney General confirms it, the court said to file an affidavit on it by tomorrow. To this, the Attorney General said that we will file this affidavit.
    4. The court said that we will say in the order that the farmer can apply for permission of the Delhi Police Commissioner for the protest at Ramlila Maidan and other places.
    5. Senior advocate Harish Salve said that Dushyant Dave, HS Phoolka, Colin Gonsalves are not present in the hearing today.
    6. The court said that the committee is being formed so that the picture is clear on this issue, we will not hear the argument that farmers will not appear before the committee.
    7. The court said that this committee will be for us, this committee will not issue any order but will listen to your problem and send a report to us.
    8. ML Sharma said that everyone is talking but the Prime Minister is not coming. On this, the court said that we cannot tell the PM, he is not a party in this matter.
    9. The court said that it has been heard that the Republic Parade will be disrupted, in such a situation, we do not understand whether the agitators want a solution or want to increase the problem further.
    10. A lawyer of the farmers organization said that the elderly, women and children will not take part in the farmers movement, they will be sent back, to which the court said that this statement is being taken on record.

    12. The court further said that we want to settle the matter according to our powers. Based on the powers we have, we can suspend the implementation of the law and set up a committee.
    13. The Chief Justice said that we are concerned about the validity of the law and the death or destruction of property during the agitation.
    14. Chief Justice SA Bobde said that we will say in our interim order that there will be no contract on the land of the farmers.
    15. Lawyer ML Sharma said that the farmers said that he would not appear before any committee constituted by the court.
