Highest Paid Female DJ Paris Hilton says making documentary helped her cure from past trauma

Paris Hilton, the world's highest-paid female DJ, claims that making a documentary has helped her heal from past trauma. Last year, Paris Hilton made headlines when she spoke up about the abuse she received at a Utah boarding school. Hilton confessed that she was still traumatized as an adult in her YouTube Originals documentary, This Is Paris. Fortunately for Hilton, things appear to have improved since the documentary was released. She stated that she no longer suffers from nightmares.

Hilton discussed parts of her weekly routine, including her current sleeping patterns, in an interview with WSJ Magazine for the My Monday Morning series.

"I used to have terrible sleeplessness," the 40-year-old Simple Life alum recalled. "But it's been so therapeutic since I made my documentary and have been doing all of my work for my cause to assist the children that I don't have nightmares anymore," she says.

The DJ and entrepreneur also talked about what she's learned about herself since the COVID-19 pandemic began. "I learnt that I can remain at home and that I don't have to go everywhere," she explained. "Because I've always been one of those individuals that has to be everywhere and then has FOMO."

Lately, during her DJ performance at the glitzy launch of Resorts World in Las Vegas on Thursday, Paris Hilton expressed her support for Britney Spears. The 40-year-old heiress, who looked stunning in a bright blue gown, offered a shout-out to her pal mid-set, telling the audience, 'We love you Britney. Free Britney!' The spectators in Paris erupted in applause, echoing her words. The singer also looked to be wearing an attire that was extremely similar to Britney's iconic appearance from the 2003 Toxic video, which was seen as another tribute to her buddy.
